Jaycar Electronics Thomastown

Excellent service at Jaycar Thomastown, I had some problems with my new dashcam but their amazing staff assisted me greatly! They were very understanding & took the best care to solve the issue. I couldn't be happier with their service & my new Nextech dashcam on my CRX! They even included a goodie bag for the trouble! Highly recommend!

Dropped on this afternoon not knowing exactly what I was after, I knew what it did but needed the finer details explained, didn’t catch to guys name but He pointed me in the direction of what I needed upon my explanation, he showed me what I needed he explained how to use it he also told me that they are more than happy to take it back if it is not what I was after fantastic service by him and the company and it’s a thumbs up from me for the Jayco Thomastown team

Started my venture at Eltham Jaycar looking for a pack of blade fuses. They had none in stock but Thomastown was showing 1 in stock. Eltham were very helpful and tried to call Thomastown but couldn't get through. It was about 20 mins out of my way to go to Thomastown so I went there and tried to call them on the way with no luck. Upon walking into the shop which I was the only customer in there I called the shop and the phone rang as it should and the 2 people standing right next to the phone ignored it. After finding out they don't have it in stock, one of the workers said I should have called ahead to which I answered Eltham Jaycar tried, I tried on the way and potential customers even called Eltham Jaycar asking if Thomastown was closed because they weren't answering their phone and I even tried in store when I got there and heard the phone ring and watched them ignore it. No apologies and didn't look like they even cared. Absolute joke for customer service.
